| Purpose: | People credited with this standard are able to: reflect on own performance as a member of the EOC's Emergency Management Team and on the performance of other people within their own Section during an emergency; compare actual performance with current best practice; write a report about the performance of the relevant Section of the EOC based on the findings of the reflection and research into current best practice; identify areas of personal and professional development and develop an action plan to address these areas. |
